Why we exist

Suicide is one of the biggest killers of men between 21 and 45 — yet men's mental health gets little funding and even less conversation. Too many men feel they can't open up without being judged.

We started this club in Carlow to change that. A place where men from Carlow town, Tullow, Bagenalstown, Muine Bheag and all the surrounding areas can show up, be themselves, and talk.

What we believe

• Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
• Nobody should suffer in silence.
• A friend's shoulder is better than a friend's coffin.
• Everyone is welcome — any age, any background.
